Your new jewelry piece not exactly your style?
To exchange, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange on your new condition item.
Note: Clothing is not included in this policy and cannot be exchanged
Unfortunately, once you are beyond this window, we are no longer able to process any exchanges. (We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to avoid this and make sure the exchange process goes smoothly!)
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your piece(s) must be new and unworn so we can restock it on our site. We’ll ask for a picture to confirm that it’s in new condition before we start the exchange process. Including this picture in your initial email will expedite the exchange process.
You will be expected to cover any associated costs of tracked postage and proper packaging with your exchange. We highly suggest using a bubble mailer; if we receive the item damaged, we can no longer honor the exchange. Once the package is marked as delivered back to us and we process it (typically within 2 business days of confirmed delivery) we will ship out the new item you'd like to exchange for.
Additionally, if you are trying to exchange a limited release item or limited stock item we recommend you reach out to us immediately as it is highly likely the item you want could sell out during the exchange process. Once an item is running low or out of stock we may not accept the piece anymore.
