Shoot us an email within 3 days of receiving your order so we can help you sort it out. We offer store credit on returns for the value of your order minus shipping fees and Route Package Protection, but if you’re just looking to switch it out for a different piece then check out our Exchange Policy.
In order to be eligible for a return for store credit, your piece(s) must be new and unworn so we can restock it on our site. We’ll ask for a picture to confirm that it’s in new condition before we start the return process. Including this picture in your initial email will expedite the return process.
You will be expected to cover any associated costs of tracked postage and proper packaging with your return. Once the return package is marked as delivered and we process it (typically within 2 business days of confirmed delivery) you will be issued store credit to the email on the original order.
