Will my order arrive by Christmas?

All orders within the U.S. are likely to arrive prior to Christmas but due to our shipping carriers being overwhelmed with shipments, the only way for us to guarantee arrival before Christmas is to select Rushed Shipping at checkout.

For the best chance to have your package delivered in time for Christmas please make sure to select Rushed Shipping at checkout until Sunday, December 19, 2021 at midnight PST. Our team will be processing and handing over orders to the shipping provider on 12/20 and 12/21. There is still a chance your package won’t make it in time if there are any errors with your order. For example, our team does not immediately ship orders with address errors, suspected order mistakes, when a change request is made prior to shipment, and similar issues. Make sure to avoid these issues by double-checking your address and the items in your cart prior to finalizing your purchase. These issues can cause a delay in the shipment of your order and we will not refund you on the Rushed Shipping fee since we will still be purchasing the shipping label as a rushed service. Additionally, once packages are handed over to the shipping provider we no longer have control of the speed and pace that packages are shipped or any delays in shipment related to the shipping service. We will not refund Rushed Shipping charges due to delays with the shipping provider or related issues.

International orders: While it's possible to arrive before Christmas, we can make no guarantees due to inconsistent availability of flights at this time.

When will my order ship?

Typically we ship out orders within 48 hours. However, during sales and new drops you may need to allow up to 1-2 weeks before you see your tracking info update. While this is likely an overestimate, we are a small business and our team experiences a big influx of orders this time of year.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want to make sure you or the person you're gifting Thryfty to is completely satisfied this holiday season, and we have created an extended exchange/return window to assist. All orders placed from November 25th 2021 through December 25th 2021 will have until January 14th 2022 to use our return/exchange policies. All returns/exchanges must include all original packaging and be new and unworn.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we have a no cancellation policy and all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to our fulfillment team to begin processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay the shipping speed for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, contact us ASAP—we may be able to make changes to the items on your order. Once we respond to your order change inquiry, please get back to us within 48 hours, otherwise we will ship your order out as is.

Already received your tracking number? You can opt to return or exchange your order once you receive it. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $75 USD. Worldwide shipping is $17.95 USD for all jewelry orders or free on orders over $100 USD. Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders after you have received a tracking number or we have begun fulfilling your order. *Hoodies and oversized items do not qualify for Free Shipping and may have increased rates.

What are your shipping speeds?

All U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-5 days after leaving our fulfillment center.

All International orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, but are facing delays due to COVID-19.

I wanna add Rushed Processing, what exactly does it mean?

Adding Rushed Processing gets you VIP treatment. Your order gets processed more quickly and we'll move you to the top of the list, ahead of everyone else. This doesn't increase your shipping speed, it means we will make sure your package leaves our warehouse before everyone else's. 

I'm from outside the USA, do I have to pay customs?

All international orders are subject to local customs fees and are your responsibility to pay. Please check your country's customs website for more information on how customs fees are accessed. We cannot change a package's value and are not responsible for any fees incurred. Packages returned due to failure to pay will be refunded minus a shipping and 15% handling fee.

    Will your necklaces turn my neck green?

    Never, each chain and pendant we produce is made from a solid Stainless Steel base. The common cause for people having allergic reactions to plated jewelry is most often caused by cheap base metals such as copper and fake "Gold" plating. We only use real 18K Gold PVD and solid 316L Stainless Steel, the highest quality plating available. We guarantee all of our products have the capability of lasting a lifetime with proper care.

      Can you make me a custom design?

      While we do custom make every design on our site, we do not currently offer custom orders. If this ever changes in the future we will be sure to announce it.

        Limited Lifetime Warranty

        All of our products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty which guarantees that upon receiving the product, it will be free of material and manufacturing defects.* This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase directly through shopthryfty.com. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third party. Note that this warranty only protects against damage caused by normal wear/use. Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty. In the event that your chain or connecting hardware breaks, we will honor this warranty and repair or replace the item, once the original item is shipped back to us or we approve the replacement with another method. You are responsible for the cost of any postage to return the item to us, but not for the postage needed to reship the replacement item back to you. In the event that a damaged item is out of stock or not available, this warranty will be voided. Additionally, we will require a picture of the item in order to follow through with this policy.
