Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed, your shipping information is immediately sent to our shipping department for immediate processing. Due to the difficulty and confusion that requests for cancellations cause, there is nothing we can do once the order has been placed. All sales are final.

When will my order ship?

All orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. We strive to offer exceptionally fast shipping because we believe great customer service comes before everything else, however, due to local restrictions caused by COVID19 we are currently down to half staff. We apologize if your order experiences a delay, we're doing our best to ensure you get your packages as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within the United States and $9.95 USD shipping for all international orders.

*Hoodies and oversized items do not qualify for Free U.S. Shipping or the $9.95 USD International rate

Will the COVID-19 disease affect my order?

Our team is taking extra caution and every sanitary effort possible to ensure your packages are handled safely and responsibly. This in no way will affect our shipping times and as of now, our shipping carrier has announced no delays in delivery to the U.S.

International orders, however, have been experiencing heavy delays with shipments. Our postal carrier has informed us that due to flight restrictions and reduced staffing, international packages can take 1-2 weeks before leaving the United States and another 1-3 weeks to actually deliver. We understand this is frustrating but please know that we are doing everything on our end to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner. Please note, we are not able to offer refunds for packages experiencing delays in shipping due to COVID19 as there is nothing we can do once the package is shipped. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

What are your shipping speeds?

All U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-5 days

All International orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, but now typically take 3-5 weeks on average due to COVID19.

    Will your necklaces turn my neck green?

    Never, each chain and pendant we produce is made from a solid Stainless Steel base. The common cause for people having allergic reactions to plated jewelry is most often caused by cheap base metals such as copper and fake "Gold" plating. We only use real 18K Gold PVD and solid 316L Stainless Steel, the highest quality plating available. We guarantee all of our products have the capability of lasting a lifetime with proper care.

      Can you make me a custom design?

      While we do custom make every design on our site, we do not currently offer custom orders. If this ever changes in the future we will be sure to announce it.

      Is your company looking for influencers?

      Yes! We're always looking for influencers to promote our brand. If you think you'd be a good fit, contact us at customersupport@shopthryfty.com with the email subject of "Influencer Inquiry" and be sure to include a link to your Instagram and similar photos of what you could produce for our brand.

        Limited Lifetime Warranty

        All of our products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty which guarantees that upon receiving the product, it will be free of material and manufacturing defects.* This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase directly through shopthryfty.com. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third party. Note that this warranty only protects against damage caused by normal wear/use. Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty. In the event that your chain or connecting hardware breaks, we will honor this warranty and repair or replace the item, once the original item is shipped back to us. You are responsible for the cost of any postage to return the item to us, but not for the postage needed to reship the replacement item back to you. In the event that a damaged item is out of stock or not available, a store credit or item of equal value will be offered.

        Do you accept returns?

        All sales are final. We stand by our products and guarantee your order will be free of manufacturer defects. If there happens to be an issue with your order, please contact us at customersupport@shopthryfty.com and we will handle it in a timely manner.
